The PET bottles that have been cleaned and sorted are transported to the mixing bin through unpacking, belt, and bucket lifting. When the set material level is reached, the mixing system starts. After the material passes through the mixing chamber of the bin, it is then sequentially transported back to the mixing bin through the belt conveyor, scraper conveyor, and bucket lifting machine. This cycle is repeated to achieve uniformity of the material. The mixed material is transported to the granulator through the belt and bucket lifting machine, providing a stable material source for the granulator; It can also be transported to the spinning machine for direct spinning.

The slices prepared by the granulation machine are transported to the mixing bin through an air conveying system. The mixing bin can be divided into a central tube type or a wall mounted mixing bin according to the diameter of the bin. The material reaches the mixing chamber through the mixing tube, and the material in the mixing chamber comes from different heights and circumferential directions of the mixing bin. It is then circulated repeatedly through belts and buckets to improve the consistency of the material and ensure more stable and continuous spinning. The blended materials are transported to the spinning machine through an air delivery system, and the receiving end is equipped with a washing device to wash and separate the dust in the material. In recent years, we have provided multiple sets of blending and conveying systems for well-known domestic enterprises, such as Yuntianhua, Huafei, Dafa Shunxiang, Yingke, Huafeng, Peipu, etc.
